What is The Camden Collection?
Our unique collection of new homes in North and North West London is being delivered as part of the Community Investment Programme (CIP). The CIP is a 15 year plan to invest money directly back into the borough for the benefit of residents today and in the future.
Within The Camden Collection you will find a range of different homes, from large scale regeneration projects to smaller, more intimate developments – you’ll be sure to find the perfect new home. Each property in the collection has been individually designed and built in conjunction with our partners, to ensure that they meet the needs of modern London living.
From trendy Camden to the heights of Highgate, we’ll have a development to fit your requirements. You can view a selection of our current developments here, including XY in Kings Cross, Bourne in Chancery Lane, Plender Street in Mornington Crescent, Holly Lodge in Highgate and St Martin’s Walk in Gospel Oak, to name just a few.
Culture, creativity and personality – the London Borough of Camden has it all. Take a morning run around Hampstead Heath before stopping for breakfast in Primrose Hill. Seek some inspiration in Kentish Town or indulge in some retail therapy at Tottenham Court Road.
