Best low carbon home (Winner)
The Camden Collection was proud to have built and developed Eeko, which was awarded Best Low Carbon Home at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards.
This accolade recognised Eeko’s extraordinary commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. Designed and built to Passivhaus standards, these homes featured cutting-edge elements such as high-performance thermal insulation, triple-glazed windows, underfloor heating, and Air Source Heat Pumps for sustainable heating and hot water. The eco-conscious design extended to private solariums, green roofs that enhanced biodiversity, and a car-free zone with secure cycle storage.
