Stamp Duty paid for you on selected homes at Abbey Road Cross & XY Air 01.07.2020

Take advantage of our summer incentive, available July 2020

As you’ll likely know, when buying a home in England or Northern Ireland costing more than £125,000, Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) must be paid on this purchase.  SDLT applies to both leasehold and freehold residential properties and the amount payable is based on a sliding scale according to the purchase price.

We know that there are a number of expenses to consider when buying a home and SDLT is just one of them.  We’d like to help our customers tick this off their list, which is why we’re covering the cost of Stamp Duty for a limited time on available plots.

The Camden Collection is making this limited time offer for selected homes at Abbey Road Cross, NW6 and XY Air, N7 - the new homes in the London borough of Camden for sale as part of our Community Investment Programme.

The summer incentive is available for eligible buyers at Abbey Road Cross & XY Air who reserve their apartment by 31st July 2020.*

Chris Maidwell, Head of Sales for The Camden Collection, said: “We are pleased to be able to bring this limited time offer to our selected exceptional developments at ARC & XY, because we know that it helps to alleviate some of the financial barriers preventing first-time buyers from moving.”

*Terms and conditions apply - There are no other offers available in conjunction with the SDLT incentive. This offer is not available on second / additional homes or buy-to-let homes.  To be eligible, buyers must reserve by 31st July 2020 and adhere to the exchange timescales. We reserve the right to amend any such offer as we see fit at any time.
